Kevin put the finishing touches on the coop today! It is done, and we can have our weekends back! Hooray!
Yep, going through their awkward teenage time now! I still love them though.
All moved in! They are currently all huddled together in one corner of the coop, with any luck they will start spreading out and exploring soon! So much space for such little ladies.

Yay for not building a chicken coop anymore! No more measuring or sawing or hammering! And we also have our garage back! Except for today's new addition of a huge bale of straw...

Kevin wanted it tall enough for him to walk into. He's not short! It's definitely bigger than we had envisioned, but it really isn't that big when you get up to it and try to maneuver around!
Yeah, I thought it was going to be a low run, with maybe a hinged top for putting in weeds/chicken food/etc. This will be much nicer for dumping out the wheelbarrow and other general maintenance.
